Dear Parents & carers
On behalf of the children, staff, Governors and The Good Shepherd Trust, I would like to welcome you to St Mark and All Saints Church of England Primary School. We hope you find our website clear, informative and easy to navigate.
It is designed to give you a taste of the vibrant life of our school, the wonderful work of our pupils and the quality education we offer.
We are committed to providing the highest quality care and education for your child; fostering a life-long love of learning which they will take with them when they leave us. Underpinning this philosophy is the importance of each child’s wellbeing and our first class pastoral care which recognises that, for a child to achieve their educational potential, they must feel safe, happy and valued at school. St Mark and All Saints is a GOOD church school (SIAMS 2019) In 2019, our school were proud to be the top school in Godalming for progress in Writing and Maths and 3rd in Surrey for Reading.
Our school has a well-established, teacher-led Nursery, Hedgehogs Nursery, which welcomes children from the term in which they will turn three to join our school family and start their learning journey. Hedgehogs Nursery is now sited in the newly renovated, purpose-built surroundings of our Family Hub, with a wonderful outdoor play area backing onto our farm and Forest School. This building also provides a base for the Godalming Maternity Hub which is developing as a focal point for support led by the school.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed so you can see our unique environment and learning in action and get a feel for whether we are the right school for your child.
